Foundational Newborn Development Program
As a professional coach, my Foundational Newborn Development Program offers fundamental support for your baby's growth and development. From creating daily habits based on mindset, nutrition, sleep, and exercise, to providing new baby 101 guidance, my program is designed to help you navigate the challenges of parenthood with ease. All advice is based on the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics, so you can have peace of mind knowing your baby is in good hands.

I'll use my extensive expertise to guide you through everything from lighting and layout to the design of furniture and decor. Plus, I offer house layout support to ensure that your entire home has a cohesive and comfortable feel when you bring your new baby home.

Denver Area Night Nanny
A night nanny is a professional caregiver with expertise in newborn care and infant sleep.Their primary role is to assist exhausted parents by taking care of their baby during the night, allowing parents to get the essential rest they need. Denver Area Newborn Care Specialist and/or Postpartum Doula
A newborn care specialist, often referred to as in is a highly trained and experienced professional who specializes in providing comprehensive care and support for newborns during the critical early weeks and months of life. Their primary focus is on the physical, emotional, and developmental well-being of the newborn, as well as offering guidance and assistance to new parents.A newborn care specialist is an expert in all aspects of infant care, from birth through the first few months of life. They possess a deep understanding of newborn development, feeding, sleep patterns, and the various challenges that can arise during this crucial period. Typically, they have received specialized training and often have extensive hands-on experience with infants.
A postpartum doula is a supportive figure who is dedicated to nurturing and assisting families during the postpartum phase. They are knowledgeable about postpartum recovery, infant care, and the emotional challenges that can arise during this period. While postpartum doulas don't provide medical care, they play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment for new parents.

As a Newborn Development Coach, your role is to provide guidance, support, and education to parents and caregivers to optimize the early development and well-being of newborns. Your expertise and assistance encompass a range of essential aspects related to newborn care and development. Here is a description of what you do in your role as a Newborn Development Coach:
Education and Information: Offer parents and caregivers valuable information about newborn development, including physical, cognitive, and emotional milestones. Your goal is to empower them with knowledge about what to expect during the early stages of a child's life.
Customized Guidance: Provide personalized guidance based on each family's unique needs and circumstances. This may include tailoring advice to a baby's specific developmental pace, temperament, and any potential challenges they may face.
Feeding Support: Help parents navigate the complexities of newborn feeding, whether through breastfeeding, formula feeding, or the introduction of solids. Address concerns related to nutrition, feeding schedules, and addressing any feeding challenges.
Sleep Coaching: Carry out the plan according to the Newborn Sleep Development Program. Assist parents in establishing healthy sleep routines for their newborns. This may involve guidance on creating a safe sleep environment, sleep training methods, and helping families understand the importance of quality sleep for both the baby and parents. Including my sleep support of encouraging the natural abilities of 12 hours of sleep by 16 weeks.
Emotional Support and mindset: Offer emotional support and reassurance to parents, helping them cope with the stresses and challenges of early parenthood. To always be a listening ear and a source of encouragement during this transformative period. Daily/weekly mindset support in order to practice daily Zen and positive mindset, ensuring a supported new parent.
Developmental Milestones: Educate parents on recognizing and nurturing their baby's developmental milestones. This includes activities and exercises to support physical and cognitive development at appropriate stages.
Behavioral Guidance: Help parents understand and address common newborn behaviors, such as crying, colic, and fussiness. To provide strategies for calming techniques and addressing newborn discomfort.
Parenting Techniques: Assist parents in developing effective parenting techniques that promote bonding and attachment with their newborn. This may include guidance on babywearing, skin-to-skin contact, and creating a nurturing environment.
Problem-Solving: Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting common challenges that arise during the early months of parenting, such as teething, sleep regressions, and transitions to new developmental stages.
Evidence-Based Practices: Guidance is based on the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of newborn development and parenting. You ensure that parents receive the most up-to-date and reliable information according to the American Academy of Pediatrics.
